Personal Info- Married with two beautiful children. Daughter age 3 and a Son age 9.

I grew up in Grain Valley but now I live in Blue Springs.

Professional areas of interest- Working for family practice physician. I enjoy working with all ages-Babies and older.

I have known and worked with Dr. Linnick off and on since 1998.

I started working here at Heartland Medical in July of 2008. I came with Dr. Linnick from his prior office, but am very happy to be

here with this office where we a more of a family.

Personal areas of Interest: Dr. Letizia is very active with his church work at Chapel Hill Presbyterian Church, and with singing with the Kansas City Symphony Chorus.

Performing minor surgical procedures including laceration repair. Encouragement of preventive care as the key to one's health and longevity. Personal Areas of Interest: Enjoying spending time with his wife and two college age Son's as well as enjoying "life's many pleasures".

	Terressa Since July of 1995. Professional areas of interest: I am respnsible for phone triage and referrals. I enjoy caring for patients. As well, I take patient vitals, and perform venipunctures when needed. I am married with three children.

	Pam I have worked in the medical/office setting for over 21 years. I enjoy helping patients and assisting with their medical needs. I have been part of the Heartland Medical Care staff for over 10 years as office manager/medical records/assisting with front office operations. We at Heartland Medical Care take pride in the personal attention we give our patients. We provide a friendly, helpful atmosphere for our patients. Our patients receive the best possible medical care. I enjoy spending time with my family, craft shows, watching sports and Nascar, and flower gardening.
	Felisa I have been here since 1995. I am in charge of the billing. All I ask is that patients stay on top of their bills. If there are problems paying, please call me and we can workout a payment plan. I am very caring and understanding. I married my high school sweetheart and we have two boys. I love spending time with my family and friends. I also enjoy the outdoors and water activities.
	Eileen I worked in the mental health field for five years and have worked at Heartland Medical Care for a year and a half. As a front office assistant, I check in patients, help maintain patient flow, perform front office duties and assist with billing. I am a very caring person and treat patients as I would like to be treated myself. I enjoy reading, spending time with my family and garage sales.
	Crystal I started back here in August 2008. I had been employed here four years earlier. It's great to be back! I check patients out and answer phone calls. I am easy to get along with. I enjoy spending time with my three year old son and one year old daughter. They keep me occupied most of the time. I also enjoy shopping and fishing (sometimes). I graduated from Englewood Christian Academy in 2000.
